Chemical Operator II

Chemical Operator II at Entegris, based in Burnet, TX, will start, monitor, and troubleshoot purification systems, work inside glove boxes with PPE, perform decontamination of manufacturing equipment, sample and inspect products, manage lab-related tasks (PMs, ordering supplies, waste disposal), ensure on-time delivery from make to ship, and collaborate with engineers on process improvements and experiments. Responsibilities include running purification systems under quality and engineering controls, cross-training on processes, participating in safety and housekeeping activities (safety toolbox reviews, JSA, 5S), and maintaining documentation in SAP with accuracy. Requires troubleshooting skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 130 lbs, and flexibility for a 3-2-2-3 night shift schedule once trained; background in chemistry or process operations is preferred, with associate degree in a technical field considered advantageous.
