Job Summary
Perform daily production duties in the assigned area while maintaining full compliance with operating instructions and company policies. Execute process performance analysis, coordinate chemical transfers through filtration, pack containers, and handle materials. Maintain technical databases, review shift notes for turnover information, and provide on-the-job training as requested. Participate in process improvements and assist shift members with normal operator tasks. This onsite role requires a rotating 12-hour swing shift with occasional overtime and exposure to extreme climates. Candidates must handle heavy objects, climb stairs and ladders, and possess at least one year of manufacturing process experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing process experience
- 6+ months of experience operating a forklift
- This is an onsite position
- 12-hour rotating swing shift
- occasional overtime
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing process experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Associate degree in any discipline
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Technical knowledge in chemical manufacturing environment
- SPC experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma and ISO certification
