Job Summary
Operate chemical process equipment in a cosmetics-ingredients processing facility to control reactions and support production safely and efficiently. Monitor production, follow ISO 22716-GMP guidelines, document data, report variances, perform routine maintenance and housekeeping, and maintain SWP3/SPCC compliance. Load/unload raw materials and finished products from reactors, pumps, and centrifuges; monitor reactions; maintain records; wear approved PPE; and work twelve-hour rotating shifts with safety as a priority. Knowledge of hazards and SDS/SOP documents is required, along with strong safety and data-recording practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree in chemistry or engineering preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in chemical processing and manufacturing
- Familiarity in chemical processing and manufacturing
