Job Summary
Chemical Operator at Mobile plant responsible for producing chemicals using defined recipes and procedures, pulling samples for QC testing, using DCS to control production, troubleshooting equipment, walking the line to prevent spills, moving materials with a forklift, and completing accurate reporting and paperwork. Works as part of a team with emphasis on safety and environmental procedures, and performs night and weekend shifts in a chemical-plant setting.
Required Qualifications
- A high School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of work experience, preferable in a manufacturing environment
