Job Summary
Monitor inputs and outputs of machines, track equipment performance, and respond to alarms in a Nexus Circular manufacturing plant. Operate HMI software to control industrial processes, adjust settings for optimization, and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues. Maintain accurate records of machine performance and generate reports on production output and quality control. Perform routine inspections to ensure safe, efficient operation while following all safety protocols. This 6:30 am to 6:30 pm shift operates on a 3-2-2 work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work in shifts or rotational schedules, as required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with electrical or mechanical systems
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in operating HMI software or similar control systems
- Background in electrical or mechanical systems and training in automation and control systems
