Job Summary
Cross-check shipping notices and documents against purchase orders, then revise as needed. Submit shipping documents to custom brokers for correction and timely entry filing, verifying harmonized tariff schedules and duty entry data. Process payments for imported merchandise, freight, inland trucking, and US Custom duties while managing folder and journal entries for all shipments. Coordinate logistics to match purchases with sales and manage trading activities across regions. Input purchase and sales data into the SAP ERP system and handle customer credit management. Communicate with customers to follow up on requests. Requires 2–5 years of shipping documentation experience (chemical preferred), English and Korean language skills, and Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 2~5 years of experience in Shipping Documentation
- English & Korean (conversational)
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- Good organization skills
