Job Summary
Operate production and mixing of plant chemicals; load/unload tanks, rail cars, and other containers; operate pumps, mixers, blenders, and forklift; maintain a clean and safe work area; follow written and verbal instructions; work in extreme conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; participate in safety, quality, and continuous-improvement initiatives; requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years manufacturing experience, background check, and pre-employment drug screen; English proficiency needed for safety and operational communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior manufacturing work experience
- Willing to submit to a background screening
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Experience operating plant equipment and tools in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to wear PPE including chemical resistant gloves/boots, safety glasses, hard hat, face shield, full-face respirator (if required)
- Flexibility to work varying hours or shifts
