Job Summary
Hands-on chemical manufacturing operator role focusing on operating and monitoring equipment, mixing raw materials into finished products, following batch sheets and production instructions, sampling for quality control, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and assisting with loading/unloading materials. Requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, comfort in a manufacturing/industrial environment, and basic math/communication skills. Preferred experience in manufacturing or chemical handling and forklift certification. Role is entry-level friendly with training provided and offers stable full-time hours with overtime potential, plus benefits.
