Job Summary

Conduct laboratory work to create, modify, and improve material formulations for epoxy and silicones while collaborating with Sales, Production, and Engineering teams to develop new products. Design or modify processes and equipment to integrate new technologies, oversee installation and commissioning, and partner with Production teams to enhance manufacturing processes by reducing variability and increasing throughput. Develop and implement testing programs and standards for both new and existing products, ensuring all activities comply with environmental and safety regulations. Document required process changes and improvements. This on-site role in High Ridge, Missouri requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and hands-on experience with ceramic, epoxy, silicone, and metallurgic materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Must be able to commute to the office each day

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industrial engineering
  • Experience with ceramic, epoxy, silicone, plastic, and/or metallurgic materials
  • Hands-on attitude, with a focus on success in both lab testing and production environments
  • Strong process orientation with attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills in drawing software and process simulation tools
