Job Summary
Develop, implement, and optimize new polymer-based marking solutions while enhancing existing formulations. Design, develop, and validate prototypes and proof-of-concept samples to demonstrate technology applications. Plan, coordinate, and execute technology implementation projects aligned with client requirements and delivery timelines. Oversee daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, material sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. Maintain accurate documentation of experimental results and technical processes for internal records and external audits. Develop, implement, and monitor EHS practices to ensure a safe and compliant laboratory environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Engineering, to drive continuous innovation in polymer science and material technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in polymer applications, materials science, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory management, including coordinating testing activities and maintaining laboratory operations.
- Strong technical understanding of polymer properties, material behavior, and plastic manufacturing and processing technologies.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
