Job Summary
Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Production Records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GMP/cGMP requirements. Document batch manufacturing activities, verify raw material lot numbers and expiration dates, and support the assignment of liquids to packaging lines. Utilize the JDE inventory system to track material movement, review Quality Control Logbooks, and communicate discrepancies to the supervisor. Ensure all documentation is complete before releasing records for Quality review while adhering to hygiene, safety, and company policies. Work Monday through Friday from 5pm to 1:30am in a manufacturing environment involving varying temperatures and moving machinery. This role supports the Chemical Compounding Department at Radienz Living, a leader in private label laundry and dish products and personal care wipes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a cGMP or FDA regulated industry
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
- Basic ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Work schedule may vary and could include evenings, weekends, or occasional overtime based on operational needs
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Regular use of hands, wrists, and arms may require fine motor skills and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and around compounding equipment and machinery
- Must be able to remain on foot for extended periods of time
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes must be worn as required

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent, preferred
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience documenting Batch Production Records
- Experience using inventory management systems (JDE preferred)
- Knowledge of GMP and cGMP documentation practices
- Experience maintaining Quality Control Logbooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
