Job Summary
Chemical Compounder at Radienz Living responsible for blending powders and liquids, loading/unloading materials, and processing products in a GMP-controlled environment. Duties include operating blending machinery independently and in teams, matching labels to batch records, documenting process information per SOPs, monitoring operations, reporting abnormal conditions, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and collaborating with production, maintenance, quality control, and scheduling. Must meet safety standards (PPE, steel-toe boots), pass pre-employment fitness and pulmonary tests, and work on a 2nd shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be clean-shaven to comply with blending department safety standards
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling a minimum of 50 pounds
- Able to work 2nd shift
- Must wear steel-toe boots
- Must wear all required PPE at all times
- Pass all pre-employment fitness and pulmonary function tests
- Prior experience in CPG, manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production setting
- Good documentation and communication with production, maintenance, quality control, and scheduling teams
- Knowledge of GMP and SOPs
- Good manufacturing practices compliance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical environments preferred
- Strong understanding and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
