Job Summary
Coordinate schedules for equipment installs and remodels; manage tool master documentation; perform TPM-based root-cause analysis; lead equipment upgrade projects; develop and maintain equipment manuals and maintenance procedures; provide training on new installations; analyze performance metrics like MTBF/MTTR; ensure safety compliance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance and upgrade initiatives; stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices related to equipment maintenance and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Electro-mechanical system troubleshooting & root cause analysis techniques
- Industrial electrical equipment and programmable logic controls (PLC)
- Electrical/mechanical blueprints & schematics
- Data analytics using software tools
- Project Management
- Technical Writing: Engineering documentation, Design specifications, Technical reports, Test documentation, or Product manuals
