Job Summary
The Chemical Blender/Compounder is responsible for timely mixing of raw materials and blending chemicals (powder and liquid) to supply to production. The role requires adhering to safety and compliance regulations, following work orders and recipes, and documenting batch information with accuracy. The position involves operating blending equipment, weighing and combining ingredients per end-user specifications, coordinating with quality control and scheduling to maintain workflow, and communicating effectively with internal teams. Candidates must use appropriate PPE (uniforms, gloves, safety glasses; respirators provided with yearly fit tests) and may operate a forklift in a production environment. Strong math, organization, and meticulous handwriting for documentation are essential, as is teamwork across production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics. The role is on third shift (11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday) at Edgerton, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Chemical operator/handling experience preferred
- Data entry/Inventory experience
- Blending/Batch/Recipe manufacturing experience preferred
- Quality control experience preferred
