Chemical Balancer/Decal Applicator

Monitor and maintain chemical levels and operating conditions for the powder coat pretreatment system; apply decals, labels, and graphics to finished parts according to work instructions and customer specifications. Inspect components (pumps, nozzles, filters, tanks), adjust solution levels, record test results, and notify leadership of malfunctions. Ensure environmental, safety, and hazardous materials handling compliance; maintain chemical inventories; perform cleaning and maintenance of associated equipment. Verify decal placement and appearance, ensure proper adhesion through surface preparation, and conduct quality inspections to meet company standards. Follow 5S practices, wear PPE, participate in continuous improvement, and uphold Full Vision core values; regular attendance and starting on time are essential. Light assembly work and potential cross-departmental assistance as needed; 1st shift.
