Job Summary
Provide technical application expertise to support customer acquisition and retention by partnering with Sales and Business Development teams to identify needs and recommend effective chemical and hygiene solutions. Build strong customer relationships acting as a trusted technical advisor while supporting clients in resolving cleaning, hygiene, and process-related challenges. Advise on the selection and implementation of products, platforms, equipment, and dosing systems, and deliver technical support and guidance to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Assist with the launch of new products and solutions, including customer and sales training, and conduct field trials and evaluations to provide technical feedback for product and system innovation. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement and support the development of responsible and sustainable cleaning solutions across the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering practical solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
