Cheffe ou Chef de mission - Génie routier

Coordinate the strategic, technical, and operational direction of the supervision mission for the RUTAP project, overseeing the rehabilitation of Haiti's RN3. Plan and manage a multidisciplinary team while ensuring work quality, compliance with plans and budgets, and adherence to environmental and social standards. Validate technical tests, track physical and financial progress, and recommend payments and contract modifications. Serve as the primary interface with the contractor, Ministry of Public Works, and other stakeholders, leading site meetings and producing weekly, monthly, and final reports. Ensure full compliance with World Bank and local ESHS regulations, manage safety incidents, and validate traffic management plans to protect users and neighbors.
