Manage and direct the team to execute procedures and processes while ensuring compliance with organizational norms and culture. Define and distribute tasks, create service and leave schedules, control attendance, overtime, and compensations. Participate in hiring processes for new team members and conduct performance evaluations. Monitor store assets to reduce losses and increase profitability by reporting directly to the store manager. Requires high school completion and minimum 21 years of age.
