Conduct daily team management by defining tasks, distributing workloads, and creating service and leave schedules. Ensure compliance with organizational norms and policies while training staff to uphold company culture. Monitor store assets to reduce breakage and increase profitability through process execution. Participate in hiring processes for new team members and evaluate performance. Manage payroll records including attendance, overtime, and leave compensations. Report directly to the store manager on all operational matters. Maintain a minimum age of 21 with a high school diploma.
