Manage and direct the team to execute procedures and processes while ensuring compliance with organizational norms and culture. Define and distribute tasks, create service and leave schedules, and control attendance, overtime, and time-off compensation. Participate in hiring processes for new team members and conduct performance evaluations. Monitor assets to reduce losses and increase store profitability. Report to the store manager on all organizational guidelines. Requires high school diploma and minimum age of 21.
