Manage and direct the team to execute procedures and processes while ensuring compliance with organizational norms and culture. Define and distribute tasks, create service and leave schedules, and control attendance, overtime, and time-off compensation for staff. Participate in selection processes for new team members, conduct performance evaluations, and monitor asset integrity to reduce losses and increase store profitability. Report to the store manager on all organizational guidelines. Requires high school diploma and minimum 21 years of age.
