Manage and direct the team to execute procedures and processes while ensuring compliance with organizational norms and culture. Train and orient staff to maintain standards, oversee asset protection to reduce losses and increase store profitability, and participate in selection processes for new hires. Define and distribute tasks, create service and leave schedules, and control attendance, overtime, compensation, and breaks. Report directly to the store manager regarding organizational guidelines. Requires high school completion and minimum age of 21.
