Ensure compliance with organizational norms and culture while training and directing the team toward shared objectives. Manage and direct the team to execute procedures and processes, safeguarding assets to reduce breakage and increase store profitability. Participate in hiring processes for new members, conduct performance evaluations, define and distribute tasks, create service and leave schedules, and manage attendance, overtime, and time-off compensation. Report to the store manager following organizational guidelines. Requires high school diploma, minimum age of 21, and ability to work full-time hours.
