Manage and direct the team to execute procedures and processes while ensuring compliance with organizational norms and culture. Train and orient staff to uphold the same standards, and oversee asset protection to reduce losses and increase store profitability. Define and distribute tasks, prepare service and leave schedules, and control attendance, overtime, and time-off compensation for team members. Participate in selection processes for new hires and conduct performance evaluations. Report to the store manager regarding organizational guidelines. Minimum age of 21 years and high school completion required.
