Lead the clinical and organizational management of the Gastroenterology clinic, overseeing strategic development, process structures, and interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners. Manage the structured training, further education, and supervision of attending and specialist physicians while maintaining high clinical quality in diagnostic and interventional medicine. Serve as the central interface for sector-wide care development and establish new partnerships. Requires a specialist degree in Internal Medicine with Gastroenterology focus, extensive clinical experience, and strong leadership skills.
