Job Summary
Prepare and cook breakfast and light lunch dishes according to recipes and standards, overseeing station production and maintaining designated areas with supplies. Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times while maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste. Communicate effectively with team members to support colleagues and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen equipment. Own Transport is a benefit. 20 Hours per week (Friday and weekend shifts). Salary from €16.50 + Sunday rate.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Chef
- display a real passion for food
- Knowledge of some cooking techniques and cuisines
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Own Transport
