Direct the workshop team in coordination with service advisors, ensuring coverage across all vehicles including those from other brands. Assign tasks, manage planning, and provide real-time support when needed. Advise on quality and efficiency improvements while maintaining a safe work environment. Serve as the final authority on the quality of completed tasks and communicate technical matters with the importer. Motivate colleagues and guide their professional development. Requires automotive leadership experience or strong technical knowledge with full-time availability.
