Job Summary
Chef de Partie needed for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 16 hours per week) at a multi award-winning contract catering company. You’ll deliver an exceptional culinary showcase to high standards of production, plan balanced, well-costed menus, monitor stock levels and controls, and inspire your team to achieve customer satisfaction. You’ll communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, contribute to continuous learning, and bring two years’ experience in a similar operation. Qualifications include C&G 1&2, NVQ or equivalent, with a portfolio of awards demonstrating high industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
- Educated to C&G 1&2, NVQ or equivalent experience
