Job Summary
Hands-on Full-Time Chef role in a busy Springwood Hotel kitchen. Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that wow guests, maintain ALH standard, and uphold food safety and hygiene. Requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and trade qualifications, with experience in fast-paced, high-volume bistro environments. Rotating roster including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III (or equivalent) in Commercial Cookery
- trade-qualified
- proven experience delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume bistro environment
- able to work rotating roster including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- strong time-management skills
- food safety and hygiene compliance
