Job Summary
Culinary Leader within LOCAL Public Eatery driving team development and guest satisfaction through mentorship and leadership. Participates in the Accelerated Leadership Program to learn operations leadership, grow culinary and sales skills, and mentor a dynamic team. Responsibilities include attracting, retaining, and mentoring a fearless team, delivering on the overall experience and value for the community and Partners, and influencing the direction and growth of the business with an ownership mindset.
