Job Summary
Culinary Leader at JOEY Burnaby responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a 50-100 person team while delivering quarterly strategic goals and upholding standards in product, profit, environment, and guest experience. Leads leadership development through JOEY Accelerated Leadership Program and supports opening new restaurants across Canada and the US. Requires 1-3+ years in a Culinary Leadership role, proven coaching and recruiting skills, and experience with PNL management including budgeting and forecasting. Must possess Food Safe and Health & Safety Certification.
