Job Summary
Rockfish is hiring aspiring cooks for full-time and part-time roles at our beachfront Budleigh Salterton location. As a Rockfish Chef, you will prepare exceptional dishes using the freshest seafood, learn across all Rockfish Kitchen activities, work well under pressure, stay organized, and collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable experiences. The role includes structured career progression (Cook → Chef → Junior Sous → Sous Chef → Head Chef → Beyond), one-on-one mentorship from experienced chefs, seafood-focused training (including fish market visits and Mitch’s Cookery School), access to The Seahorse in Dartmouth for skill development, opportunities to work at other locations, involvement in new restaurant openings, and clear paths for internal promotion.
