Job Summary
Manage crisis psychiatric care for hospitalized patients exhibiting suicidal ideation or behaviors within the Liaison and Crisis Intervention Psychiatry Service. Lead daily psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up while coordinating interprofessional treatment plans with network partners. Supervise junior medical staff, manage patient flow, and conduct medical-nursing interviews to ensure dynamic interprofessional collaboration. Provide clinical supervision to junior colleagues and oversee the implementation of evidence-based therapies, including mentalization-based treatments for borderline personality disorder. This role supports the Department of Psychiatry's mission to treat, train, and research within a 13,000-strong institution. Entry date is November 1, 2026, with a 30-day application deadline.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire du diplôme fédéral de médecin
- Formation jugée équivalente par la Commission des professions médicales de l'Office fédéral de la santé publique (MEBEKO)
- Droit de pratique cantonal (si titulaire d'un titre de spécialité)
- Niveau de français C1 au test parlé et écrit
