Job Summary
Lead a refined, high-expectation kitchen in a fine dining concept. Direct all kitchen operations, design seasonal menus and tasting experiences, maintain strict consistency across services, manage food/labor costs and inventory, oversee sourcing and vendor relationships, train and mentor a professional kitchen team, implement structured prep/service/sanitation systems, ensure health/safety compliance, and collaborate with ownership on concept evolution and financial performance. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong foundation in classical and modern culinary techniques
- Demonstrated success in cost control, inventory management, and kitchen financials
- Experience building and leading disciplined, high-performing teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and standards
