Job Summary
Deliver an excellent food service at all times while following care and support plans to meet specific nutritional needs of each resident. Prepare nutritious snacks as requested by the General Manager and ensure all prepared food is high-quality, flavoursome, and beautifully presented. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations and manage stock control, including ordering and replenishment. Follow a structured menu while bringing creativity to your dishes. This role supports the Head Chef in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art kitchen within a supportive environment focused on providing exceptional homes for people to live, love, and be loved.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years' catering experience
- Awareness of relevant food regulations and standards
- Proven experience delivering a high-quality catering service
- Ability to follow a structured menu while bringing creativity to your dishes
