Job Summary
Deliver an excellent food service at all times while following care and support plans to meet the specific nutritional needs of each resident. Prepare nutritious snacks as requested and ensure all prepared food is high-quality, flavoursome, and beautifully presented. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations and manage stock control, including ordering and replenishment. Work days across seven days including weekends and bank holidays for 40 hours per week at £15.14 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years' catering experience
- Awareness of relevant food regulations and standards
- Proven experience delivering a high-quality catering service
- Ability to follow a structured menu while bringing creativity to your dishes
- Shift: Days (5 x 8 hour shifts across 7 days including some weekends and Bank Holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of food regulations, therapeutic diets, and textured diets
- Knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets (advantageous)
