Job Summary
Prepare, cook, bake, serve, and deliver school meal programs under the Director of Food Service. Conduct on-site reviews of food production to ensure compliance with District, federal, and state regulations. Develop recipes, calculate meal contributions, and establish menu standards while training Sous Chefs and substitutes. Collaborate with the team to coordinate department-wide catering and special events, including summer feeding programs and contracted services. Work full-time, seven hours daily for 195 days during the 2026/2027 school year.
