Job Summary
The Chef Manager is responsible for developing culinary results that exceed customer expectations and managing culinary and financial operations. This includes overseeing food quality, menu management, vendor relationships, inventory management, and maintaining safety and handling standards. The role also encompasses client relationship management and staff development. A background in food service management, particularly corporate dining, along with certifications in ServSafe and Allergen Awareness, are required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' experience in food service management specifically corporate dining
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergen Awareness Certification

- Culinary School certificate or degree
