Job Summary
Lead food service operations as Chef Manager/GM in a busy private-school kitchen and café setting. Design, implement and oversee menus; manage purchasing, scheduling, personnel programs, bookkeeping, client relations, and sanitation; oversee total operation results. Requires experience in contract dining/facility dining environments (hospital, school, college, senior living, corporate dining) and trained chef background. Emphasizes a polished, professional leadership style, strong communication, and team-building to recruit and retain staff; daylight Monday–Friday schedule; day-shift role in Davie, FL. A Culinary/Hospitality degree is a strong plus.
