Job Summary
Create and deliver fresh, nutritious meals for up to 600 student covers daily while leading and motivating a catering team of six. Take full ownership of the operation, managing stock, ordering, and budgets to meet targets, and champion compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm for 40 hours per week during term time only.
Required Qualifications
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including Children's Barred List
- Two suitable references
- Proven experience in a Chef Manager type role
- Sound knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
