Job Summary
Manage on-site teams and oversee recruiting, training, and induction to deliver efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK. Control budgets, ensure ongoing team communications, and build internal and external relationships through management reporting and client liaison. Proactively support colleagues while maintaining operational excellence across the catering operation. This role involves 5 days out of 7, shifts between 7am and 7pm, and 37.5 hours per week.
