Chef - KFC (New)

As a Chef at our KFC franchise, you will be responsible for using the correct tools to prepare, cook and present products; serving food that meets quality and safety standards; maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality; delivering quality products within company standards for speed and accuracy. The role also encompasses selecting and training new Chefs, holding other Chefs accountable, managing stock levels, general maintenance of equipment, and leading new product rollouts. Qualifications emphasize being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers, solving customer needs, teamwork, coaching from managers, maintaining a clean appearance and work habits, and clear, friendly communication.
