Job Summary
Chef at Haven (Far Grange Holiday Park, Skipsea) responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals to specification, collaborating with a supportive kitchen team, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, monitoring stock and placing orders as needed, and adhering to food safety and health & safety standards. Role involves working with an all-day flexible menu, delivering consistent service, and opportunities for comprehensive training and funded qualifications. Must be experienced in a kitchen environment with strong teamwork, balance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef)
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment

- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
