Chef - Grill

As a Chef at Miller & Carter in Edinburgh City Centre, you’ll master the menu, cook to specification, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards while working in a team to deliver dishes guests are proud of. You’ll contribute to a high-standard dining experience, enjoy staff discounts, and participate in development opportunities such as paid qualifications and progression to Head Chef. The role includes preparing ingredients before service, cooking with menu knowledge, and upholding hygiene and safety throughout service.
