Job Summary
Lead concierge operations at the Sofitel Cotonou Marina Hotel & Spa in Benin. Direct and supervise the concierge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coordinate reservations (restaurants, events, VIP services), develop knowledge of local attractions and transports, build relationships with local vendors, and collaborate with hotel leadership to drive service excellence. Requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in French and English (additional local language a plus), and proven ability to manage multiple guest requests with discretion and professionalism. Minimum of 5 years’ concierge experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
