Chef(fe) Exploitation Immobilier II

Develop and maintain relationships with partner units to align building services with strategic objectives. Plan, prioritize, and execute building operations, maintenance, and equipment repairs while managing engineering projects and construction mandates. Prepare and control operational and investment budgets, authorize technical and cost quality checks for maintenance and external projects, and lead energy efficiency initiatives. Ensure 24-hour emergency response, manage human, material, and financial resources, and oversee contract frameworks for materials and services. Lead safety initiatives and provide continuous training for the team. Requires a relevant DEC or BAC, nine years of building maintenance or real estate management experience, and a Class 5 driver's license.
