Job Summary
Lead a production sector at the Gien site (Loiret) with ~20 operators, ensuring production planning adherence, material readiness for workshops, and budget involvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance, participate in developing and mentoring the team, and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures. Strong technical background in production, process improvement, and quality is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou pharmacien) ou équivalent
- Première expérience sur site de production
- Expérience en management d'équipe
- Bonnes connaissances en qualité et techniques d’amélioration continue
- Connaissance de l’organisation en production
