Conduct strategic IT projects for major accounts in rail, logistics, and mail sectors by proactively managing risks, costs, and changes while ensuring operational results. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, partners, and subcontractors to coordinate actions, oversee project governance committees, and maintain high-level client relationships. Guarantee project economic success through budget trajectory creation, financial reporting, and monthly performance reviews. Evaluate team performance by defining mission objectives and conducting mission reviews. Manage cross-functional initiatives such as training delivery and digital innovation challenges. Work up to two days remotely per week with access to mentorship and career development programs.
