Supervise and support a team of welders and journeymen while organizing work, establishing priorities, and ensuring schedule adherence. Interpret technical drawings and plans, then measure, layout, cut, and assemble stainless steel materials. Execute sanitary welding using the TIG process, clean welds, and contribute to the assembly of steel components. Maintain compliance with quality standards and the "Guide des bonnes pratiques – Skid et installation" while fostering a positive, collaborative work climate. Develop team skills through training and knowledge transfer, particularly for new employees. Requires a DEP in welding-fabrication, relevant sanitary welding and piping experience, and 50–90% travel availability. English language proficiency is essential for communicating with international clients.
