Job Summary
Translate business and product objectives into executable technical work with the PO/Strategist, breaking down requirements into user stories and identifying dependencies. Pilot daily team execution by prioritizing operations, coordinating efforts, and orchestrating sprints to ensure focus and anticipation of issues. Identify external constraints impacting delivery and proactively manage team capacity, pace, and health to unblock progress. Evaluate technical impacts of delivered solutions, arbitrate options with technical leads, and ensure outputs meet standards for code quality, security, performance, and operational robustness. Guide the team toward progressive autonomy through collaboration, continuous learning, and the adoption of best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Several years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and delivery of software and AI solutions in a real-world context
- Experience in technical project management, including delivery, client relations, schedules, and budgets
- Mastery of software solution delivery principles and data science principles
- Understanding of business challenges associated with software and data science delivery
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices applied in concrete delivery environments
- Recognition as a servant leader, facilitator, and coach with teams
